Evictions suspended

No one in Texas will be evicted from now until April 19th.  On March 20, the Texas Supreme Court entered an emergency order suspending residential evictions except in cases of threats of physical harm or criminal activity.

Filings can still be submitted, but no trial, hearing, or other eviction proceedings may be conducted until after April 19.  This order may be extended.
