Each August, Helping Hands distributes school supplies

to our local students in need

to help them start of the school year

with the tools they need.

In order to qualify for assistance students should live within the DSISD boundaries.

We want to thank the community of Dripping Springs who made this year back to school distribution a huge success.  We were able to pass out supplies to over 350 kids, and help them start off the school year right.

 

Our community partners were:
 

• Deep Eddy's Vodka - 100 backpacks and supplies.
   

• Dripping Springs Presbyterian Church, general congregation and to the Tuesday and Wednesday women's bible study groups - Provided all the needed supplies for our Prek Group.
   

• Bannockburn Sunday School Class - For their Monetary donation.
   

• Dripping Springs Methodist Church - For the use of the Foundry building.
   

• Our amazing Helping Hands Volunteers - We couldn't have done it without you, a week of organizing, assembling bags and distributing supplies and all always with a smile.
   

• Finally, H-E-B - always in our Hearts! Thank you for the amazing customer service, delivery, communication and being such an invaluable partner to our organization.  #HEBGiving.
