The Elves of the Dripping Springs Helping Hands are excited to share that we are ready for the most magical time of the year… our annual Project Elf. This is a community supported event, that shares the Dripping Springs love, support and joy to our local families in need. 

 

IMPORTANT DATES:
 

• Registration: CLOSED 

  • All participants must register during the Registration period

  • Project Elf is available for children who reside in the DSISD boundaries.​

• Distribution: Saturday, December 9th

  • 10:00am - 2:00pm

HOW PROJECT ELF WORKS:

​

Visit a Helping Hands Tree in the Community (tree locations below) and select an Elf Hat:

A corresponding sign out sheet will be available to sign out your chosen “Hat”. This is critical and helps us track down gifts should we need to.

 

The Elf Hat will have all pertinent information related to age/sex and gift request of a child. This will also have the due date of when the gift is due back to location.

Purchase, Wrap and Return Your Gift:

​You will return the gift back to the Helping Hands Tree location you got the Elf Hat  from originally. Place the original Elf Hat onto the gift. This will act as a gift tag and has a code on it that allows us to identify which child the gift goes to.

​

Make sure to return your gift to where you picked it up from by the listed due date! This is VERY IMPORTANT in order for our elves to account for all the gifts and get the North Pole ready for distribution.
